All products are subject to availability.
Some pieces are produced or released in limited quantities, including archive or private release pieces. Once these items sell out, they may not be restocked.

Some Walls of Benin products may be sold as part of a limited archive release, private release, or special release.
These pieces may be available only in limited quantities, sizes, colours, or styles.
This does not affect your statutory rights, but it may mean that exchanges, replacements, or restocks are not available once a piece has sold out.

When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch the item, unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

- payment cannot be authorised
- delivery details are incomplete or incorrect

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

10. International Orders, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, handling fees, or other local charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or by the customer’s failure to pay applicable import charges.
If an international order is refused, returned, or abandoned because duties, taxes, or charges are unpaid, we may deduct reasonable costs from any refund where permitted by law.
11. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
You may request to cancel or return an online order within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel or return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- undamaged
- returned with original tags attached
- returned in original packaging where possible
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, alteration, or use may not be accepted, or a deduction may be made where permitted by law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless we have agreed otherwise.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that the item has been sent back, whichever is earlier where required by applicable law.
Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law. Any extra delivery costs chosen by the customer, such as express or premium delivery, may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

12. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Because many Walls of Benin pieces are produced or released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size, colour, or style will be available.

13. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the item and packaging
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and stock availability.
14. Product Care
You are responsible for following the care instructions provided with your item.
Different fabrics require different care. Silk, delicate fabrics, printed garments, and premium materials may require specialist care, hand washing, or dry cleaning.
Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, storage, alteration, or misuse may not be treated as a product fault.
