RETURNS POLICY

At Walls of Benin, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward return or exchange process. Please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth return experience.

1. Contact for Return Authorization
Reach out to us within 28 days of receiving your goods to authorize a return. Email us at office@wallsofbenin.com with your order number or connect with our customer service team via WhatsApp at +44 77 88 239 517.

2. Return Timeline 
After receiving authorization, ensure that the goods reach our warehouse within 14 days.

3. Condition of Returned Goods
Goods must be returned unworn, with all original tags intact, and packaged as per the original order. This includes being folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and placed inside the original unmarked gift box.

4. Packaging for Return
Use the original cardboard outer carton that protects the gift box. If unavailable, a suitable alternative cardboard outer may be used.

5. Include Original Packing Slip
Ensure the original packing slip is included in your return for quick identification. For gifts, please quote the purchaser’s name in all correspondence to avoid delays.

6. Adherence to Guidelines
Not following these guidelines may lead to delays in processing your return, deductions in refund value, or the refusal of your exchange/refund request.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’d prefer an exchange, we are happy to assist, subject to stock availability. Please return the eligible items within 28 days. If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll offer a credit. The new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

REFUND POLICY

To receive a refund, ensure eligible items are returned within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account due to factors beyond our control.
